- Expedite Cargo Operations and Reports
- Inform / Confirm port restrictions
- Monitoring/Checking for Cargo Documents
- Handling Bills of Lading
- Issuing Letters of Protest
- Assistance for Technical Support
- Assistance For Protection and Indemnity (P & I) activities
- Assistance on cargo holds cleanliness
- Assistance for generation of statement of facts
- Any other request
